Glorietta is looking for a strong Chef de Partie to join our busy North Sydney kitchen.
This is a full-time role for a capable CDP or strong Demi Chef who is ready to take ownership of a section in a high-volume, professional restaurant environment.
Glorietta is an established Italian restaurant known for generous hospitality, wood-fired cooking, handmade pasta, seasonal produce and a lively dining room. We are looking for someone organised, reliable and calm under pressure, with pride in consistency, preparation and clean, confident cooking.
You’ll work closely with the senior kitchen team across lunch and dinner services, helping maintain standards and support the wider team.
