This isn't an entry-level role. We're after someone who knows how to handle a busy machine confidently, move with urgency, stay calm under pressure and still deliver warm, genuine hospitality. Someone who understands that great cafes are built on consistency, attention to detail and good energy. We've built a strong local following because people know what to expect when they walk through the door -- great coffee, friendly service and a team that cares. We're looking for someone who naturally contributes to that environment. You'll be working alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced venue where quality matters. Latte art skills, workflow management, dialling in, multitasking and strong customer interaction are all important. Just as importantly, we want someone reliable, professional and easy to work with.
