We're on the hunt for a full-time Cook to join our kitchen team.
This role will involve:
- Assisting with food preparation and mise en place
- Running service periods, including plating and pass duties
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
- Supporting stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver a great guest experience
What we're looking for:
- A positive attitude and strong culture fit
- Someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and give things a go
- A team player who values camaraderie and supporting those around them
- Ability to stay calm and organised during busy service periods
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but attitude is everything
