We are seeking a passionate and professional Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our growing kitchen team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment while working alongside a supportive and talented team.

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your designated section, maintaining high food quality standards, and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will play a key role in daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail in every service.

• Manage and maintain your assigned kitchen section.
• Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
• Support and mentor junior kitchen team members.
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with the broader kitchen team during service.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy service environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Passion for quality food and hospitality.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Relevant culinary qualifications preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
