We are looking for gun baristas!

Elka Bakery is a new bakery with four locations around Melbourne. We are searching for experienced baristas to join our new team in Heidelberg, Lower Templestowe and Moonee Ponds. The successful applicant will have; 1. At least two years experience as a barista 2. Specialty coffee experience 3. Strong customer service ethos 4. Great attention to detail 5. The skillset to be able to deal with high volume trade and at a fast pace 6. Warm and friendly disposition with the ability to communicate effectively with all staff and customers
