• Delivering thoughtful, warm, and efficient front of house service that reflects the CIBI way
• Working at pace through busy service periods — staying composed, focused, and guest-centred• Supporting and guiding junior FOH team members through daily operations
• Working closely with the FOH Lead, Supervisor and wider team to ensure smooth, seamless service
• Collaborating with kitchen, retail, and grocery teams to contribute to a connected experience across CIBI
• Contributing to the development of a positive, organised, and collaborative FOH culture
• Taking increasing ownership of the floor as you grow into the Supervisor pathway
• Are passionate about hospitality and genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome
• Are calm, efficient, and composed during busy service — you set the pace for those around you
• Are curious and committed to continuous learning and improvement
• Are a natural team player who enjoys supporting and bringing out the best in others
• Take pride in the details and are committed to a high standard of service
• Are interested in developing your leadership capability and stepping into greater responsibility over time
• Are motivated by contributing to something larger than your individual role — and see hospitality as a career, not just a job
• Enjoy helping others succeed and are comfortable providing guidance and support when needed
• Minimum 3 year experience in a front of house role at a quality hospitality venue (Australian experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of service standards, guest experience, and floor operations
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members is highly regarded
• A genuine interest in taking on leadership responsibility over time
