FOH Supervisor

TLS Catering delivers high-end catering and event service within the music industry. We're looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to lead our service teams and help us keep delivering standout guest experiences, whatever the event. As FOH Supervisor, you'll be the person on the ground making sure service runs smoothly - briefing and leading your team, managing the guest experience, and being the key point of contact between our clients, the kitchen, and front of house staff. No two events are quite the same, so you'll need to think on your feet and bring genuine leadership to every shift. Working Hours & Schedule This role is not a standard 9-5 position, as our work is driven by events and functions. - The typical weekly commitment is 38-45 hours per week. - Weekend and evening availability is essential for this role. - We aim to provide excellent schedule visibility, with approximately 90% of shifts confirmed at least one month in advance. - There are times where work may occur in intensive service blocks, particularly during peak seasons or major events. These periods are balanced by multiple consecutive days off to support work-life balance. What We're Looking For - Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or events supervision - Minimum of 2-3 years of hospitality supervision experience required - Strong leadership and team coordination skills - Excellent communication skills, particularly with clients and kitchen teams - Ability to stay organised under pressure - Solid understanding of food service, allergies, and dietary requirements - A proactive attitude and willingness to step in where needed - Australian work rights are required for this position Why Join Us?
