- Delivering genuine, warm hospitality to every guest.
- Supporting the wider front-of-house team when required.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has at least 2 years' specialty coffee experience.
- Has worked in high-volume, fast-paced cafés.
- Produces consistently strong latte art and excellent milk texture.
- Has an excellent understanding of espresso extraction, grinder adjustments and workflow.
- Stays calm, organised and positive under pressure.
- Takes pride in quality, cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Holds a current Victorian RSA certificate.
- Is available to work full-time, including weekends.
What We Offer
- A full-time position with stable hours.
- Competitive remuneration based on experience.
- The opportunity to be part of an exciting new venue from day one.
- A supportive team committed to quality, professionalism and continual development.
- A workplace where exceptional coffee and genuine hospitality are at the heart of everything we do.
