Full-Time Qualified Chef

Reymond Group is looking for a passionate and motivated Full-Time Chef's to join our kitchen teams at Bistro Gitan and L'Hotel Gitan.

Located in Prahran and South Yarra, these are a vibrant and long established French restaurant focused on quality produce, thoughtful cooking and warm, genuine hospitality.

We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, professional kitchen. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring chef looking to build their skills and develop their career alongside an experienced team.

The Role

As a Qualified Chef, you’ll work closely with our kitchen teams across preparation and service, gaining hands-on experience in a professional restaurant environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily food preparation and mise en place
• Supporting the chefs during service
• Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Keeping your section clean, organised and well stocked
• Following food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
• Working collaboratively as part of the wider kitchen team
• Learning and developing your culinary skills across different sections
