Robbie's is neighbourhood restaurant that has been successfully operating for over 2 years. As we continue to grow and get ready for the Summer season, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Chef De Partie to join our skilled team. With a variety of dishes on our menu, the Chef De Partie will be a vital role within the venue alongside our Sous Chef at creating memorable dishes to a high standard.
Our menu is updated seasonally and features smaller plates including seafood dishes, italian inspired mains as well as steaks, pastas and refined desserts. The Chef De Partie is a part-time role with consistent and guaranteed hours across Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening during service.
We are looking for someone who can commit to a long-term part-time positon and is invested in being a part of a growing venue in Melbourne's East. With a small renovation happening in October to expand our capacity, this role is for an immediate start.
The role requires:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
- 1-2 years in a similar role in Australia
- experience in evening restaurants that serve >100pax per service
- to live within a suitable proxiity to Hawthorn East and/or have continuous access to a car
- a commitment of a minimum of 12 months
- valid working rights
