We are an exciting new wine bar opening in the heart of *St Kilda*, and we’re looking for an experienced bartender to join our opening team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about *wine, cocktails and hospitality* and wants to be part of building something from the ground up.

### ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a confident and experienced bartender who can independently run the bar and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a quality bar, restaurant or wine bar
• Strong knowledge of wine and spirits
• Experience making classic and modern cocktails
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a busy service
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• A genuine passion for hospitality
