We’re looking for an experienced Venue Manager to lead our flagship Rosso Coffee Experience in North Melbourne.

Rosso is more than a café. We roast coffee on site, serve great food, run events and have created a space where we want customers to feel genuinely connected to the people around them.

• Lead and motivate our team

• Create an exceptional customer experience

• Build relationships with our regulars and local community

• Maintain high standards across service, coffee and food

• Manage rostering, wages and day-to-day costs

• Help grow sales, events and the venue

You’re an experienced hospitality manager who loves being on the floor, knows how to lead people and understands that a great venue needs to be both busy and profitable.

You’re organised, positive, commercially aware and genuinely enjoy looking after customers.

You’ll have the opportunity to put your own stamp on an established venue, work closely with the owners and become part of a growing Melbourne coffee brand.
