DELIVERY DRIVER AND SALES ASSISTANT

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

DELIVERIES:

• Daily deliveries to our local customers across Melbourne metro areas. 
• Provide a positive customer experience and develop long standing relationships with customers. 

SALES + SUPPORT:

• Weekly calls to our regional customers.
• Visits to other customers in the designated delivery area to build relationships and help promote sales. 
• Scout out new business opportunities while out on the road delivering.
• Free sample drops and follow up visits to prospective new customers. 
• Submit monthly reports.
• Monthly meetings with the General Manager
• Contribute ideas for new customer acquisition and experiment with various strategies. 
• Involvement in various events and free tastings.
• Offer and execute staff training and support to maintain quality.

YOUR CULTURAL ALIGNMENT AND SKILLS

• Self-directed, highly motivated and reliable.
• Excellent and proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
• Demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with others.
• Experience and proven ability in any customer service, sales, delivery or hospitality positions are all an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to multi – task and highly effective time management skills.
• Pre-existing knowledge of our brand and the hospitality culture is an advantage.
• Strong presentation skills.
• A genuine interest in the food and beverage industry.
• Must have valid driver's licence and own vehicle *Delivery van supplied but having your own car is also needed for ad hoc duties.
