The Everleigh is an intimate cocktail bar, inspired by the Golden Era of fine drinking. Home to Melbourne regulars and internationals alike, the expert team deliver warm, intuitive service alongside world class drinks. 

Since launching in 2011, The Everleigh has grown from strength to strength with recognition across Australia and around the world. We want the next addition to our team to continue driving The Everleigh to new heights in 2024 and beyond.

The Everleigh pays homage to the art and finesse of everything that encompasses the classic cocktail - a strong knowledge base, ability to think outside of the norm and having a strong sense of what it means to be truly customer centric.

Who we are looking for:

• A service based hands-on floor leader who is also comfortable caring for our guests and is able to embody our ethos: People Before Drinks.
• A talent for multi tasking and problem solving - having the ability to reach into your knowledge tool box and be solutions focused.
• Communication is essential to be successful in this venue. You will need to be confident, organised, and thoughtful when interacting with our guests and colleagues.
• A strong work ethic. 
• Approximately 24-30 hours per week and available on the weekends.
• Let's talk experience - A minimum of 2 years in the hospitality industry in a similar style venue. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding the importance of service and engagement.
