About the Opportunity:
The LUCAS Restaurants Midweight Designer will be a key part of our nimble and high performing creative team, delivering a range of collateral across our growing portfolio of brands.
You will be generating a wide range of digital and print media, with a keen eye for detail and creative development within the LUCAS Restaurants style guide. 

Main Role Responsibilities:

• Work off a Style Guide to maintain brand consistency across all digital and printed media
• Campaign creative – development of campaign creative, including campaign look and feel, and TOV as appropriate
• Create digital assets such as social media, EDMs and animations
• Overseeing development of print assets such as business card, menus, posters, signage
• Contribute to concept development/idea generation/brainstorm new campaigns
• Development of functional assets including floorplans, information packs and style guides
• Manage own workflow on our project management system, Trello
• Mentor and support the junior members of the team

Experience, Skills & Attributes:

• Min 3 years relevant design experience within agency or in-house position
• Understanding and interest in hospitality landscape in Australia
• Experience delivering digital best practice creative assets 
• An understand of relevant industry standards and marketing best practice trends
• Strong ability to manage relationships with internal and external suppliers, partners, and stakeholders
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
