You will work closely with head chef Dave Falvey and ensure the execution of a carefully curated menu. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Stock management
  • Quality control
  • Manage a busy kitchen

You should have the following qualities:

  • At least 2 years experience as a sous chef
  • Communicate well
  • Good knowledge of kitchen operations
  • Good knowledge of kitchen maintenance
  • Good knowledge of food preparation, quality, and presentation
  • Committed and disciplined work ethic
