Operator Group is preparing to launch a brand-new venue in April 2024 and we are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager who has strong leadership skills with broad knowledge of French European wine and cuisine.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience as a Restaurant Manager of at least 2 years
- Broad knowledge of European wine and cuisine
- Passion for hospitality, food and beverage and has customer service excellence
- Experience in managing a Front of House team and training of new staff members
- Excellent communication skills towards the team and customers
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights and weekends
- Must have Australian working rights
Our Restaurant Manager has leadership responsibilities which include:
- Being reliable, consistent, and punctual as you will be leading from the front
- Leading a team to run customer service operations
- Esuring the café is well-presented with an exceptional level of hygiene
- Managing the front of house operations including rostering, recruiting and training new team members
- Liaise with HR with regards to staff performances
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Venue maintenance
- Fostering positive culture within the team
- Managing budgets, expenses and reports
