We're seeking a Functions and Bookings Administrator to liaise with our customers and operations teams to make bookings and functions at all Welcomme Group venues. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Immediate start.

We're seeking a Functions and Bookings Administrator to liaise with our customers and operations teams to make bookings and functions at all Welcomme Group venues. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Immediate start.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Ensure all bookings emails inbox are at zero by the end of the day
  • Answer phone calls in a friendly, fun and informative tone 
  • Monitor and coordinate functions and bookings details with venue operations team, events and marketing managers
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to explain and sell services to customers
  • Ensure detailed and thorough completion of bookings as per customer requests 
  • Maintain administration systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondence and reporting
  • Punctual attendance at and participation in meetings as required by the business
  • Interact with all colleagues, and customers in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote brand and team spirit 
  • Display high commitment to exceptional service and display strong attention to detail 

The succesful candidate must have:

  • A love for hospo!
  • Warm and welcoming personality, strong interpersonal skills
  • Profficent technology skills (MS office, Opentable, Gmail, Stripe) 
  • High level communication, the abilitiy to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience and venue
  • Effective time management and organistion skills
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Positive approach to change 
  • Strong teamwork, willingess to assist and support others as required 
  • Own laptop
