Position Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, motivated and vibrant individual who's ready to mange our team. As the Front of House Manager, you will play a key role in creating a fun and dynamic environment, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the front of house team
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor staff to provide excellent service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless service
- Actively participate in day-to-day operations, embodying the laid-back yet vibrant Italian hospitality that Romanello is known for
- Interact with customers, be inviting, and ensure they enjoy their experience from entering to payment, always with kindness, joy, and big vibes
Requirements:
- Prior management or supervisory experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus
- Team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A dynamic and bubbly personality that enhances the customer experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work Tuesday to Sunday during daytime hours
- A passion for Italian cuisine and culture is a plus
