We are looking for a Sous-Chef in Charcuterie for an iconic high-end butcher and deli retail business in Sydney. The Sous Chef will play a pivotal role as the second-in-command to the Head Chef, overseeing a team of charcutiers, chefs, and pastry chefs to produce in-house prepared items for the stores and the country's top 100 restaurants.

About the role
As the Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role, serving as the second-in-command to the Head Chef. You will oversee the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence and act as the communication link between the chef and the brigade.
