Our charming establishment features 32 beautifully restored rooms, a public bar, dining areas, a private dining room, function spaces, and a stunning beer garden overlooking the Yarra River.

• Experience in a similar role is essential
• Resilient and able to handle high-pressure service periods
• Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of food safety standards
• Full-time availability with flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Genuine passion for your work and how you deliver it
