The Role:

As our Head Chef, you will be the driving force behind our kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and manage a dedicated team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Menu Development: Create and execute seasonal menus that celebrate fresh, local ingredients and showcase your culinary creativity.
• Sustainability: Uphold and promote our commitment to sustainable practices, ensuring that all aspects of the kitchen operations align with our environmental goals.
• Quality Control: Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure that every dish meets our high standards of quality and taste.
• Operational Efficiency: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering, and cost management, to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a busy kitchen environment.
• A deep passion for cooking over fire and a strong commitment to sustainability.
• Exceptional culinary skills with a flair for creating innovative and delicious dishes.
