Provenance Wines is now offering the opportunity to join our Front of House team in a full-time Duty Manager position, with the successful applicant having the potential to develop into a more senior role.
At Provenance Wines lunch service consists of only tasting menus with a strong focus on locally source seasonal produce that is constantly changing (oftentimes week-to-week) that’s accompanied by paired wines. Evening hours are filled with large events and beautiful weddings. The wine used in-house is also produced onsite with the winery attached to the barrel lined venue space.
The roles and responsibilities of the Duty Manager:
Provenance has two full time sommeliers employed in different roles looking to help develop the palates of all staff, including you. We also work minimal nights with no split shifts.
