About The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Viennoiserie Pastry Chef / Baker to join our team. As a Viennoiserie Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for producing a wide range of viennnoiseries such as croissants, danishes, and other laminated dough pastries. You will help motivate, train, and supervise the pastry team and create an open and supportive working environment.

We are a small-batch bakery that uses traditional techniques with an innovative spin to create delicious, baked goods. We opened our first Falco on Smith Street back in 2019 and our newest home, Falco Langridge Street opened in February 2023. We have further growth on the horizon which makes it an exciting time to be joining the team.
About You:
To be offered the role of Viennoiserie Pastry Chef / Baker, you will have lamination experience, a deep understanding of pastry techniques and strong attention to detail. Previous management or supervisory experience is essential. Alongside your passion and genuine interest in baking and pastry, you must be reliable, dedicated and able to work using your own initiative as well as being a team player.
