Heartbreaker in the Melbourne CBD is a classic good-time bar, serving great booze, craft beers and pizza til the early hours. We are looking for a Pizza Cook to spin the pizzas for approx 25 hours a week 5pm until 3am.
Inspired by the classic dive bars of Los Angeles and sister bar to The Everleigh, Heartbreaker is a classic good-time bar with a pool table and an iconic jukebox, serving great booze and quality slices into the early hours. Connie's Pizza (inside Hearbreaker) opened in 2017 and quickly became a Melbourne favourite serving NYC style pizzas until late.
Heartbreaker's hole-in-the-wall pizzeria was named after owner Michael Madrusan's Nonina Connie. With Detroit style pizzas, Connie's Pizza has become a force on its own and we are busy. We are looking for a pizza chef to join the vibe. A slice of nostalgia is served with every slice.
