Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. 

We are looking for a creative thinker, someone who is self motivated and works well in a team. The right person will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through organisation, flexibility, and problem solving.

• Assist in achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, supporting the team with implementing strategies to drive growth.
• Support the execution of promotional activities and in-store events.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily reconciliations.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assist the Store Manager in leading, training, and developing a positive, driven team.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

Role is temporary full time (now - early next year) with potential for the right person to move into Store Manager role. Sunday availability is essential. Melbourne based applicants only. Start date: ASAP.
