Carlotta’s menu encourages shared feasting across an ever-evolving selection of antipasti, handmade pasta, and meat and seafood cooked over coals, with a custom-made wood oven from Naples taking pride of place in the kitchen.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Bar Back to assist with ensuring smooth bar operations, support to the team and provide a positive working environment! 

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Demonstrated experience as a Bar Back in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Cocktail, spirit and wine knowledge highly regarded
• Drive for beverage service
• Passion for delivering outstanding service
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
• Must have RSA certificate
