The Role:As our full-time barista, you’ll be:
Crafting consistently high-quality coffee using specialty beans
Operating efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Engaging with customers to create a welcoming experience
Dialling in and maintaining espresso machines for optimal flavour
Assisting with general café duties, including customer service and light food prep
Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista in a high-volume café
Strong understanding of specialty coffee and milk texturing
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
A positive attitude and great customer service skills
Availability for weekday and weekend shifts
Work with a passionate, close-knit team
