ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY 
   
Be the face of Shell House and create unforgettable guest experiences! As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with venue management to maximize revenue by optimizing reservations and seating plans, actively driving food and beverage sales, and securing future bookings. Your warm welcome and engaging service will set the stage for a flawless dining experience. You'll play a vital role in curating exceptional moments for our guests. 

We're looking for dynamic, casual hosts to join our team and provide exceptional guest experiences across our venue.
   
THE VENUE

Shell House is an adventure. We curate a complete experience - amazing food, great drinks served in space that is award winning in design that has a lively and engaging atmosphere across our 4 Venues - The Menzies Bar and Bistro, The Dining Room and Terrace, Clocktower Bar and Sky Bar. 
    
Importantly, we are all about service and guest engagement.

   
ABOUT YOU

Experience in a similar role and business will be highly valued

• Experience with Seven rooms or a similar platform 
• Previous waiters experience a key advantage
• Passion for food, wine, customer service & especially hospitality
• Self-motivated, professional, with a strong attention to detail
• Extremely well presented
• Excellent communicator
• Able to go above and beyond for guests
