sunhands is an all day eatery operating as a cafe, deli and wine bar. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our small team situated in the leafy suburb of Carlton.
As a multifaceted venue, we have a diverse menu that constantly adapts to the seasonal desires of our surrounding community. We focus on working with local purveyors, selecting ingredients with a particular standard of flavour and quality.
Our ethos is simple: utilise produce in their peak immediately, and cook intelligently within the context of the ingredient's qualities rather than a particular cuisine.
A chef de partie position is available, with flexible working hours. We are looking for someone that is passionate about great food and wine, and is willing to make an active contribution to our team. Our kitchen requires open mindedness, methodical thinking, and professionalism. As a chef de partie, you'll be expected to constantly taste, maintain standards and be open to our practice of continual improvement.
