Falco Bakery is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our passionate team in a production-focused role. This position is ideal for a highly organised chef who thrives in a structured kitchen environment and wants evenings off. You'll work alongside our Head Chef to oversee daily production and ensure consistency across our bakery offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Leadership: Oversee and participate in daily food production, ensuring high standards and efficiency.
- Quality & Consistency: Maintain consistency across all products by following recipes and processes precisely.
- Team Development: Train and support kitchen staff to uphold best practices in production.
- Operational Management: Maintain kitchen workflows, ensuring smooth and organised operations.
- Stock & Ordering: Manage inventory and ordering, particularly during the absence of the Savoury Lead.
- Clean & Compliant: Ensure all food safety, health, and hygiene standards are met at all times.

Founded in 2019 on Smith Street, Falco Bakery is known for its commitment to small-batch, high-quality baked goods. We have since expanded to Falco Langridge Street (Feb 2023) and Falco Johnston Street (Dec 2023).
