Your key responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the team of bakers, cooks, and chefs to meet daily production and quality goals.
Our bakers are primarily responsible for the preparation and production of doughs and loaves for the next day's bake, while cooks and chefs focus on the production of our much-loved pies and sandwiches. All team members contribute to setup, pack down, and general kitchen cleaning tasks.
About Us:
We are a small-batch bakery that uses traditional baking techniques with an innovative spin to create delicious baked goods. Our team includes passionate bakers, cooks, and chefs who are equally obsessed with exceptional coffee and locally sourced produce. We even roast our own beans just around the corner.
About You:
Ideally, you’ll have experience working as a chef, cook, or baker in a kitchen or bakery environment. For cook and chef roles, experience as a chef or cook in a commercial kitchen setting is essential. To thrive in this role, what matters most is your passion for bread, pastry, and savoury goods, your willingness to learn, and your commitment to quality.
