The Role:
As Sous Chef, you'll be a hands-on leader in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of food preparation, service, and team management. You'll play a key role in menu development, maintaining kitchen standards, and fostering a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading the kitchen team during service
- Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes
- Help design and refine seasonal menus
- Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen organisation
- Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
About You:
- 2+ years experience in a Sous Chef or Senior CDP role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passionate about local produce and seasonal cooking
- Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a strong work ethic
