With the current owner-operator stepping back into an oversight role, this venue requires committed hospitality to guide our exceptionally well-reviewed venue into the next year and beyond.

• $80k base salary*
• Profit-share scheme based on meeting achievable monthly KPIs

Following probationary period, the successful candiate will be responsible for:

• ordering + rostering
• staff recruitment + training
• menu development
• meeting licencing obligations
• delivering our unique offering to the standards expected

Yarra Falls is a beautiful, intimate space that tells story on the land here along the river called Yarra/ Birrarung. This means a focused menu with a lens on local producers and native Australian flavours in tune with the traditional seasons of the eastern Kulin calendar.

• Right attitude and an attention-to-detail ethic are fundamental: everything else we can teach
• Minimum one year continuous experience in bar management or higher
• Working knowlege of classic cocktails and wines viewed favourably
