Part Time Waitperson & Host

As a Waitperson and Host, your role is to ensure the ideal experience for every member when visiting the members bar & lounge. You will achieve this by providing high quality service, engaging with and getting to know our members.

You will have the unique opportunity to:

Your key responsibilities are:

• Managing bookings during lounge/bar hours
• Taking orders and serving beverages to members
• Use of POS system to manage tabs and take payments
• Clearing tables, polishing glassware and other general tasks
• Restocking of the bar & completion of the Clubhouse closing checklist
• Locking and ensuring the venue in secured at the end of the shift

Your key traits and experience:

• Waitstaff experience
• People person
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and have complete ownership over your role
