What You'll Be Doing:

• Keep Everything on Track: Ensure our venue runs smoothly, maintaining health, safety, and company standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience That Matters: You’ve been a Restaurant Manager or have similar leadership experience and have a proven track record in hospitality. You must have a minimum of 3 years management experience
• Coffee Lover: You’re not just interested in coffee—you’re obsessed with it and understand what makes a truly great cup.
• Leadership Skills: You inspire others with your positive attitude, excellent communication, and ability to manage a team.
• A Strong Work Ethic: You’re proactive, organized, and can handle the demands of a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Passion for Quality: You have a natural eye for detail, identify and resolve areas  for improvement and an unwavering commitment to maintaining high standards.
