We’re looking for an experienced Head Barista & with some roasting experience who’s confident in their skills and excited to contribute to Rosso’s ongoing reputation for quality and innovation. You’ll be an joint leader for our brand—dialling in shots, roasting along side our roaster with precision, hosting cuppings, mentoring baristas, and elevating the experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
