About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary talents and contribute to our dynamic menu offerings.

Location: 14 Were Street, Montmorency, Melbourne

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per annum + superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with Modern Fusion Cafe's high standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of meals
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and procedures
• Assist in menu planning and development

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
