Harriot, a new venue from the Conferre Group is on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef.
The Conferre family spans CBD venues Tipo 00 and Osteria Ilaria, and in Brunswick East, Figlia and Grana.
Our new venue Harriot will be a refined modern European restaurant, and we are after an enthusiastic and experienced staff to help us create something truly special.
We are currently on the lookout for a pastry chef to join our kitvchen team. Our ideal candidate will have:
2+ years experience as a Pastry Chef within michelin, hatted or premium restaurants
Knowledge of French cuisine and techniques advantageous, but not essential
Commitment, passion and appreciation for the hospitality industry
Ability to work autonomously while treating guests and peers with respect, humility and kindness

Availability to work a rotating roster
