Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven person to join and lead our team at Tipo 00.

We are closed Sunday's and like our team to enjoy a 4 day working roster.

There is possibilty to discuss a role that is mainly focussed at day shifts.

The role will require you to have:

• Experience in a similar 1 hat level restaurant
• Passion for food, wine and of course hospitality.
• A can-do attitude, enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn.
• Personable.
• Attention to detail and desire to offer exceptional hospitality.
• Great communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team and manage and train others.
• Initiative and a passion for food and drink.
