We need someone who can capture these stories and share them with creativity, credibility and impact, someone who understands the specialty coffee world and knows how to make a brand stand out in it.
We are looking for a creative, strategic all-rounder to help position the Commonfolk Group’s brands, including our retail and wholesale coffee roasting, Kua Coffee, Mana Cold Brew, Bigger Smaller, our cafes and other subsidiary brands and product lines, as leaders in the specialty coffee world.
Our coffee philosophy is built on long-term producer partnerships, a commitment to sustainability, and a belief that great coffee should make a positive impact from crop to cup. To stand out, we need someone who can tell these stories with credibility, creativity and cut-through, building our reputation in the industry and beyond.
This role suits someone who can see the bigger picture, spot opportunities and risks early, and then execute with skill and confidence. You will plan and deliver campaigns that highlight our partnerships and innovations, create content that turns heads, and be trusted to run with ideas without waiting for permission.
Video will be your bread and butter. You will script, film and edit Instagram Reels, TikToks and YouTube features that showcase our people, our coffee and the relationships behind every cup. You will also be a true jack of all trades, shooting stills, writing copy, designing assets and managing campaigns across multiple channels.
We offer flexible working arrangements. You can split your time between our Mornington HQ, our cafes and home, as long as you are where you need to be for filming, meetings or events. And yes, you need to love good coffee, or be convincing enough that no one notices.
