What you’ll do
Lead bar service with skill, speed and attention to detail
Confidently delivering both timeless classics and curated cocktails
Support, train and motivate bartenders and barbacks
Work closely with the floor team to deliver seamless service
Build rapport with guests, creating experiences they’ll remember
What you’ll bring
Strong experience in a high-volume cocktail environment
Solid knowledge of spirits, cocktails and wine
Leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team
Reliability, organisation and professionalism under pressure
Consistency and great attention to detail
Valid RSA & DoFoodSafely certificates
Flexibility across nights, weekends and late finishes
