Slowpoke Bar & Lookout is a cosy, social rooftop bar in Collingwood that pairs carefully crafted cocktails with the best sunset views in the neighbourhood. What you bring to the party:

• Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and a team-first attitude

• Mix classic and contemporary cocktails to recipe, and craft simple, balanced bar specialities

• Engage guests — make recommendations, offer tasting notes, and ensure a great experience from arrival to last call

• Previous bar experience or equivalent hospitality background — cocktail experience essential

• Solid knowledge of spirits, beer and wine basics, and an interest in cocktail technique and flavour balance

• Comfortable working fast paced shifts and able to stay calm under pressure

• You must be available for nights, weekends and some public holidays
