Fine Dining Wait Staff - Events

We’re currently looking for a reliable, friendly Front of House team member to join us at Traderne on a casual basis, three days per week. This role includes regular daytime service and additional support during our Chef’s Table events.

You’ll be working closely with a small, dedicated team in a relaxed but professional fine dining environment.

Your Role Will Include:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Serving water/wine
• Able to carry 3 plates
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Assisting with Chef’s Table service and general guest care
• Helping maintain smooth and welcoming service throughout the day

What We’re Looking For:

• Some previous front-of-house or hospitality experience in fine dining
• A professional, well-presented and positive attitude
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Someone who can work independently and stay calm under pressure
• Currently RSA certificate. 
• Availability on mostly Mondays and Tuesdays, 10am – 4pm Saturday 9am till 3pm 
• reliable, own transport
