About Us
Nestled in the heart of High Street, Armadale, Amaru Melbourne proudly holds a prestigious three chef hat award in The Age Good Food Guide. We empower our small team to deliver thoughtful, inspired, and ‘above and beyond’ experiences, championing our distinctive approach to modern Australian fine dining.
As part of an evolving and exciting company, you’ll also work closely with our sister venue, Auterra Wine Bar, helping to uphold the Progression Hospitality values that define everything we do.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a passionate and skilled chef who thrives on collaboration, values precision and detail, and brings creative energy to every service. This role is perfect for someone with proven experience in quality kitchens who is eager to refine their craft in a progressive, supportive environment.
You’ll take ownership of your section, work alongside our three-hatted team to deliver excellence, and contribute to our ongoing journey of innovation and refinement.
You’ll also take part in weekly wine training, gaining the confidence to engage with guests from the chef’s counter and create memorable, interactive dining experiences.
