What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking our next Restaurant Manager to lead our passionate front-of-house team.
We’re looking for someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and leadership – someone who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences and nurturing a team culture built on collaboration and consistency. You’ll work closely with ownership and senior management to ensure every service reflects our philosophy of genuine hospitality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering knowledgeable, warm, and genuine hospitality
- Oversee and support a passionate small team, fostering professional growth through regular training and mentorship
- Implement and maintain operational standards, including service procedures, staff training, and venue policies
- Work closely with our sommelier to curate and maintain an engaging and evolving wine list, including the rotating wine by the glass program
- Play a key role in the venue’s continued growth, guest experience, and team culture
- Collaborate with senior leadership to plan and execute in-house events, wine dinners, and community-focused experiences
- Manage key operational and financial tasks, including rostering, cash handling, daily reporting, and guest communications
Key Selection Criteria
- Proven experience in a management or senior FOH role within a venue within a venue of similar calibre
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional wine knowledge and enthusiasm for ongoing learning (WSET or CMS highly regarded)
- Bartending and cocktail knowledge is preferred, but not compulsory
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Strong work ethics, leadership, time management and communication skills
- Confidence in running service with precision and warmth
- Passion for hospitality, with a focus on guest connection and operational excellence
