Neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar in Carlton. Seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our team. Must be passionate about food and wine. Cooking a menu using seasonal and organic produce. Helping lead a team of passionate hospitality professionals!
We are looking for someone with:
- Must have excellent cooking skills
- Training in fish and meat preparation
- Experience cooking over charcoal
- Experience with food ordering, par levels and wastage control
- Experience running the pass
- A love of food and wine
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
