Yum Sing House
We are a modern pan-Asian restaurant that only has dinner service, Tuesday to Saturday nights. Set in a contemporary atmosphere with seating for approximately 95 covers, Yum Sing House is located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD just 2 mins walk from Melbourne Central train station.
Yum Sing House’s menu originally started with a Cantonese base, back in 2021. However, over the years, it began to incorporate the flavours of other Asian countries.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lead with clarity and confidence.
- At least one year (continuous in one place) in this position at a comparable restaurant.
- Strong knowledge in Asian cuisine is highly preferred.
- Hold a permanent resident visa or citizenship.
- Able to work Tuesdays to Saturdays as your regular hours.
- Have exceptional communication skills, especially verbal.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills during prep and service.
- Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods.
