Melbourne institution Geralds Bar wishes to hire the services of a wine professional to assist our wine program.
We seek the services of an aspiring wine professional. The role involves performing wine service during service, managing stock and logistics, and administration of the wine list under the supevision of our Beverage Director.
We look favourably upon those who hold qualifications in either CMS or WSET, although we accept applications from experienced restaurant floor staff with some previous experience in selling wine and who possess an active interest in food and beverage.
This is a salary position of 40 hours per week which includes holiday pay and sick pay.
