This role drives revenue growth and leads the end-to-end client experience at Aplenty. You own the sales pipeline, convert enquiries into booked work, and ensure every journey feels seamless from first contact to post-event follow-up. Working closely with the Founder and Kitchen team, you balance commerciality with hospitality.

THE ROLE

 

Based in Sydney, Aplenty provides uncomplicated catering and the event services necessary to make every shared moment feel memorable. 
We are recruiting a Sales and Customer Experience Manager to step in to a leadership role within the business. 

This is a commercially focused position driving revenue growth and owning the end-to-end client experience. You'll convert enquiries into bookings, lead premium client relationships, and ensure flawless event delivery - partnering closely with our Founder to win exceptional work and scale the business sustainably.
This is not an admin or typical account management role - it an opportunity to work as a true partner in growth at an exciting time in the business.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own the full sales pipeline and hit revenue targets
  • Lead consultative client conversations to develop thoughtful proposals that align with creative vision and commercial targets to maximise event value
  • Build new business through partnerships and nurture repeat clients
  • Deliver seamless, premium client experiences as the primary relationship holder
  • Translate client vision into executable plans for kitchen and operations teams
  • Drive systems, process improvements and commercial discipline
  • Fostering strong, collaborative relationship internally and with external stakeholders

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in event, weddings, hospitality or service-based sales
  • Proven revenue development skills with strong conversion rates
  • Confidence leading commercial conversations and setting boundaries
  • Highly organised with strong systems thinking
  • CRM and tech fluent, calm under pressure, self-directed
  • Comfortable in a small, fast-moving, growth-stage business
